E-PORTS not only provides domestic shipping agencies and service providers with access to global customers, we also provide one-stop management of shipping services for global ship operators and managers during port calls. E-PORTS aims to achieve whole-process service integration and visualization through shared shipping service data, effective and integrated information, faster and net-based information flows,lower transaction costs and more accurate big data mining. This will simplify the complex information transfer in traditional shipping services and improve management efficiency of shipping service transactions.We explore deep-seated needs that surround ships, and use software like SaaS and new technologies to determine how best to service these needs. We set world-class shipping service standards that meet and go beyond the expectations of ship owners and operators, ports and service providers. By integrating different resources upstream and downstream, and gathering platform elements in a continuous innovative drive, we establish an intensified and new shipping service platform. E-PORTS continues to promote the construction and sustainable development of the platform ecosystem, allowing in-depth and close cooperation among different parties on the platform, providing greater value.Looking into the future, we will provide full life-cycle services for international merchant fleets through building a global port services base along the “Maritime Silk Road”.
